CPCoast | Cape has challenged CPCoast | Pineda to another Kickball game. This time, on their turf.

GIVING UPDATE
Last Fall we shared with the congregation a series of steps the elders were taking to lead the congregation through a season of decreased budget income. We wanted to share with the congregation a three part update.
1. The minimum budget for monthly internal contributions for this year is $25,000. We made budget changes at the beginning of this year that makes this minimum threshold sustainable for the forseeable future.
2. Thus far, since the beginning of our fiscal year in September, we have averaged just below $25,000, with an average montly internal contribution of $24,256.00. That said, we have been able to sustain the budget through a couple of larger external contributions that have made up the difference.
3. The elders understand that, while there will always be fluctuations in month to month contributions, if we have a month that comes it at less than $20,000 that we would swiftly notify the congregation so we can work together to reestablish the $25,000 average monthly budget need.
We are truly thankful for all the partners and others who so generously and faithfully contribute to the finances of CPCoast | Pineda. We are thankful for new partners and continued growth as a church together. We have often asked ourselves why in such a season of flourishing and life in the congregation that this would be accompanied by such tight finances, but we truly trust that this continued season of careful attention to our finances will serve the long term maturity our church.
